MAINTENANCE REQUEST POLICY

  

  • Our maintenance requests are for handyman services only
  • Requests will be responded to within 24 hrs
  • We strive to complete service work within 48 hours, pending staff schedule, property availability/access
  • Regular hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm
  • Standard service starts at $35/hr
  • After hour service starts at $45/hr
  • After hour service will be based on staff, equipment and material availability 
  • Text 214-957-2698 for after hour service in addition to submitting the online form
